Below are various covered porches that we have constructed.
We used a blind fastening system on this porch floor. No unsightly nail heads to look at or potentially cut a bare foot.
The ceiling was done in #3 western red cedar and clear coated with spar urethane varnish.
The completed porch railings and landscaping.
Plentiful day lillies help attract hummingbirds in summer time.
We also custom fabricated a dinning table for this porch to match railings and decking. We used porcelain tile for the top.
We also refinished the red wood furniture to match and added a second round red wood table.
A combination screened porch and open air deck.
A covered porch with large flared steps.
Another combination screened porch and open air deck.
We did the ceiling in knotty Western Red Cedar. We also built all of the trim, including the red wood louvers.
We added a roof to this existing stoop to give protection from the elements and add a focal point of interest to this otherwise bland facade.
We encased the existing columns on this porch, trimmed the existing beams, and installed a vinyl ceiling and new lights.
