Whole House Exterior Remodels

An old post and beam house that has undergone many additions and renovations. The owners originally wanted us to paint this structure, but deteriorated siding and moisture conditions led to the decision to re-side instead of paint.

Porch Ceiling Replacement

The original facade, paint peeling and rather plain looking. At this point we had installed all new vinyl windows and wrapped the casings with aluminum coil stock.

Not quite the same view, but new siding, new 200 amp electric service, the addition on a porch roof, new columns on the side porch, and a new front door with side lights.

North elevation completed. During this remodel, an electrical fire broke out in the attic, turning this job into a fire restoration project as well as a siding replacement. We ended up tearing the entire roof off, gutting half of the second floor and restoring all of the fire damage. Note the difference in the roofs and chimney.
