Decks

We built this deck as well as the new shingle roof, soffits and fascia, and new gutters.

We did extensive renovations to this house both interior and exterior.
The rear elevation of the house before the new porch was added.

The decking was done in 8/4 clear redwood and 4 x 4 were used for the framing.

Wall framing was done with redwood 4 x 4's.

Siding was done with fiber cement and painted to match the existing house siding.

A redwood stain was applied to all redwood to enhance appearance and make it water repellent.

Black anodized aluminum balusters were used to add visual interest.

The interior of the porch. The ceiling was done in western red cedar. We built our own redwood louvers for ventilation into the house attic space. The ceiling was then varnished.

We designed and built this front stoop to replace the old rotten one.

We installed this pool, hot tub and new deck.
